Project to re-energize historic trolleys approaches final phase

The final phase of Belmont’s trolley project is projected to begin construction in April 2025. The project is a partnership with city of Belmont, Belmont Trolley Inc., the N.C. Department of Transportation and UNC Charlotte’s Williams States Lee College of Engineering.
