Engineering Alumni Named Among Charlotte’s Most Admired CEOs
Two Niner Engineers have been recognized in the Charlotte Business Journal’s 2026 Most Admired CEO Awards, which celebrate executives who demonstrate outstanding leadership while making a meaningful impact across the Charlotte region. Congratulations to these, and all Niners who lead the Queen City forward.
Eric Reichard ’89, president and CEO, Rodgers Builders, Inc., is recognized for his untiring service that elevates the impact of the College. Reichard serves as the chair of the William States Lee College of Engineering Industry Advisory Board, as well as a member of the UNC Charlotte Foundation Board.
Jon Ward ’94, CEO, Ward Vessel and Exchanger Corp., is recognized as an outstanding alum for his exceptional leadership in engineering. Ward serves on the William States Lee College of Engineering Industry Advisory Board.
