UNC Charlotte’s William States Lee College of Engineering is a member of KEEN:
The Kern Entrepreneurial Engineering Network, a national partnership of 65+ higher
education institutions across the country. As defined by KEEN, the network’s mission
is to graduate “engineers with an entrepreneurial mindset so they can create
personal, economic, and societal value through a lifetime of meaningful work.”

- Faculty have received NSF CAREER Awards, an NSF Graduate Research Fulbright and an NIST Flemming, among others
