Eric Bolin, P.E., CEM

Eric Bolin is currently the VP of Talent Development at Service Logic. Recently he has been a self-employed contractor working as a coaching manager to help companies develop profitable account relationships, deliver innovative strategies, increase sales, and grow market shares. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at MSS Solutions, LLC, where he worked for over ten years. MSS Solutions is a solutions provider for HVAC services, building automation systems, security systems, and project management. He is proud to have led the team through a period of aggressive growth in which the revenue and staff size tripled. He has been with MSS since 2004, and some of his previous positions at MSS Solutions include Vice President, Sales Leader, and Account Executive. Overall, he has more than twenty-five years of experience in Energy and HVAC.

Bolin graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1990. Throughout his career, he has blended his expertise in engineering and business to work with building and industry owners on energy and operational strategies to improve the financial wellbeing of the company. He lives in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
