All College of Engineering first-year students are advised in the Office of Student Development and Success (OSDS) until they successfully complete the first-year curriculum and are moved to their academic department. Open Advising Hours for students advised in OSDS are available.

Students Advised Within Their Academic Department

Following the first year, students are advised by the academic department of their major. Academic Advisors are providing support through virtual appointments only.

Transition Advising

Dr. Cricket Bonnetaud, Director of Transition Advising, is available to work with students transitioning out of the W.S. Lee College of Engineering. She is also available to meet with non-engineering majors who are ready to declare an Engineering, Engineering Technology or Construction Management major. Students are encouraged to schedule an appointment through Connect or email.
