Academic Student Support

Commitment to Student Success

The Lee College of Engineering is committed to students' success. We believe every student who is admitted to our college can graduate. We believe students learn by doing. We believe in teamwork. We also believe in the power of mentoring.

Students who participate in the programs below benefit from the experience of academically successful upper-class students and practicing professionals. These programs are offered through the Office of Student Development and Success (OSDS). The OSDS faculty who lead the programs worked as practicing engineers and bring real-world experience and perspective to the classroom and to all of their student interactions. Visit for more information.
