Freshman Advising Information
All College of Engineering first-year students are advised in the Office of Student Development and Success (OSDS) until they successfully complete the freshman curriculum and are moved to their academic department. Appointments can be scheduled through Connect.
Students Advised Within Their Academic Department
Following the freshman year, students are advised by the academic department of their major. Academic Advisors are providing support through virtual appointments only.
Transition Advising
Dr. Cricket Bonnetaud, Director of Transition Advising is available to work with students transitioning out of the College of Engineering. She is also available to meet with non-engineering majors who are ready to declare an Engineering, Engineering Technology or Construction Management major. Students are encouraged to schedule an appointment through Connect or email.
