Linux Systems Reboot Schedule

To comply with University security policies, all College of Engineering Linux systems, including desktops and servers, are rebooted every 30 days to apply required patches.

Please see the following schedule:

Friday – May 1st
Friday – May 29th
Friday – July 3rd
Friday – July 31st
Friday – August 28th

All reboots will happen between 3:30 AM and 5:00 AM.

Please ensure that any long running jobs are completed by these dates.

Additionally, you should save all open files and documents beforehand.
